Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will support Project Managers throughout the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout of Digital Physiology studies and programs. The role involves project tracking, database support, documentation management, equipment coordination, financial reporting support, and communication with sponsors and study teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers across the clinical study lifecycle, from startup to closeout.
- Assist with study database setup, maintenance, and project tracking.
- Prepare and organize study documentation and project records.
- Coordinate device and equipment distribution, inventory tracking, reconciliation, and logistics.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, meeting materials, and study communications.
- Support study document archival in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Organize Project Assurance meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Update documentation and databases following project scope changes.
- Support invoice reconciliation follow-ups, forecasting, and project reports.
- Document and track project issues to support timely resolution.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and study milestones.
- Respond to customer inquiries and participate in sponsor meetings and project calls.
- Complete assigned project activities and required training.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational objectives.
Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, Digital Physiology, or related industries.
- Understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial environment.
