Job Responsibilities
As a Data Coordinator, your key responsibilities include:
- Data Query Management: Initiate, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in the database as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Source Data Processing: Process and manage source data across various operational systems.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain study documentation throughout the study’s lifecycle and ensure timely archiving post-study.
- Metrics and Reporting: Maintain departmental metrics and participate in required training programs. Report any system issues promptly.
- Data Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling data and ensure database updates align with sponsor-requested timelines.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: BS or BA degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of data processing experience, ideally in a related field.
- Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
