Job Purpose
The Junior Officer – Production will monitor and manage production activities during shifts to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role demands compliance with regulatory norms, efficient use of resources, and smooth coordination between team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production activities during shifts by efficiently managing resources to meet production goals.
- Ensure compliance with process parameters according to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and other guidelines to maintain product quality.
- Document production activities online to meet production and cGMP requirements.
- Ensure workplace safety by following safe work practices and using safety equipment.
- Coordinate with the team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring consistent achievement of production targets.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Work Experience
- 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in production roles.
