Job Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee in Pharmaceutical Sales, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the company’s sales targets while establishing strong customer relationships. The key responsibilities include:

  1. Sales Achievement: Meeting sales targets for your assigned territory and therapy by marketing Cipla’s brands and securing prescriptions.
  2. Business Monitoring: Analyzing and planning to meet sales objectives.
  3. Daily Operations: Maintaining high standards in day-to-day field activities.
  4. Customer Engagement: Building lasting relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists to drive prescriptions.
  5. Field Effectiveness: Enhancing clinic performance and ensuring better engagement for optimal results.

Qualifications Required

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Management, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or Zoology.
  • Experience: Freshers (0-1 year) or candidates with field sales experience in any industry.
  • Batch Eligibility: Graduates of 2025 can apply if available to join by 31st March 2025.
  • Additional Requirements: A valid vehicle license is a plus.

Skills and Certifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken English.
  • Basic knowledge of sales.
  • Certifications in related skills like Business Communication, Clinical Trial Analysis, or Digital Marketing are advantageous.

Salary and Perks

  • Fixed Salary: ₹2.8 LPA.
