Key Responsibilities – CDM Programmer II
- Develop, maintain, and optimize programs using Python, R, and SAS
- Design, build, test, and maintain clinical trial databases and edit checks
- Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and validation
- Create and test listings for data review as per project requirements
- Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling
- Automate data processing and reporting workflows
- Build reusable macros, scripts, and analytical functions
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and GCP compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional clinical teams to deliver projects on time
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Life Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field)
- 4+ years of relevant experience in clinical data management or programming
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of SAS, R, and Python
- Solid understanding of statistics (regression, multivariate analysis, hypothesis testing)
- Experience with clinical data management systems (CDMS)
- Familiarity with GCP guidelines and SOPs
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong documentation and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with tight deadlines

Salary Package (Estimated)
💰 ₹12,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum (CTC)
