Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve coding queries, collaborating with clinical development and GCDMT teams.
• Maintain systems related to financial disclosure, drug returns, investigator databases, and trial registration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across teams.

Manager, Global Clinical Solutions

• Lead service delivery, lifecycle management, and business continuity for clinical systems and projects.
• Provide expert user support, training, and protocol guidance across GCS and AstraZeneca teams.
• Conduct process and tool analyses to identify efficiency and risk-reduction opportunities.
