Job Details: Apprentice – Production & Packing (Manufacturing)
Cadila Pharmaceuticals is actively recruiting Apprentices for its Production and Packing departments at the Dholka manufacturing facility. This role is designed exclusively for freshers, providing practical exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality standards, and packaging operations in a GMP-compliant environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day production activities in the manufacturing section, including operating equipment and following SOPs.
- Support packing operations, ensuring accurate labeling, packaging, and batch documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per pharmaceutical industry norms.
- Participate in on-the-job training to learn production workflows, safety protocols, and quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Eligibility
- Position: Apprentice
- Qualification: BA / B.Com / B.Sc / M.Sc / D.Pharm / B.Pharm (freshers only)
- Experience: Freshers only—no prior experience required
- Gender: Male candidates only

Stipend & Benefits
