Roles and Responsibilities
As an Apprentice Operator/Technical Assistant or Technical Supervisor/Officer, you will assist in:
- Operating and maintaining equipment in granulation, blending, coating, dispensing, blister packing, strip packing, and related sections
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols
- Supporting production and packing processes to meet quality and output targets
- Performing routine checks, documentation, and basic troubleshooting
- Collaborating with team members to maintain efficient workflow in the Dholka plant
Required Qualifications and Experience
- For Operator/Technical Assistant roles: 12th Pass or ITI qualification with 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience
- For Supervisor/Officer roles: B.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc with 6 months to 2 years of experience
- Preference for candidates with prior exposure to pharma manufacturing or packing environments
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in shifts (male candidates only for specified roles)
