MS Clinical Research Pvt. Ltd. (MSCR), a leading CRO in India, is hiring a Business Development Associate – Lead Generation in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, and biotech.
- Build and qualify a high-quality lead database.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and industry directories for targeted outreach.
2. Outreach & Client Engagement
- Conduct cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and introductory calls.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the senior BD team.
- Maintain strong professional communication with prospects.
3. Market Research
- Track industry trends and new opportunities in the clinical research outsourcing (CRO) market.
- Provide data-driven insights for campaign targeting.
4. Collaboration
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to align BD strategy.
- Contribute to presentations, sales decks, and proposals.
5. Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate activity logs in the company’s CRM.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotech, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in BD or lead generation.
- Experience in clinical research/pharma is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and professional networking.
