Business Analyst Pharma R&D Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed system specifications.
- Configure business applications and system settings.
- Execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance workflows.
- Manage complex R&D business processes and digital platforms.
- Ensure compliance with GCP, GMP, GVP, and other GxP regulations.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
- Collaborate with global IT teams, validation teams, and software vendors.
- Support platform upgrades, system integrations, and product releases.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend compliant digital solutions.
- Provide technical consultation and end-user support.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
