Educational Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
Each role encompasses a variety of responsibilities essential for maintaining our high-quality standards. Here are key duties associated with the positions:
Sterile and Non-Sterile Operations
- Sterile Operations: Handle autoclaves, canister washing machines, crystallizers, and filling machines while ensuring compliance with sterile processes.
- Non-Sterile Operations: Manage equipment like reactors, sparkler filters, centrifuges, and handle hydrogenation reactions.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Knowledge of validation and qualification processes is critical.
- Engage in SAP activities and ensure that all operations comply with good manufacturing practices (GMP), good distribution practices (GDP), and other regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal quality management system (QMS) activities including change control, deviations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Regulatory Compliance
- Exposure to regulatory inspections and audits is essential for all roles. Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation like SOPs, specifications, and data sheets will be advantageous.
