Job Description:
Join Biocon Biologics Limited as an Executive. We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sample Handling:

• Receipt, A.R. No allotment, testing, and release of product samples in SAP, LIMS, etc.

1. Product Sample Testing:

• Host cell protein quantification by ELISA
• Host cell protein A leachate quantification by ELISA
• Protein estimations using UV, SOLO VPE
• Host cell DNA quantification by qPCR
• Cell-based Potency assays such as Binding and Functional assays

1. Preparation & Maintenance:

• Preparation of reagents, solutions, buffers, and maintenance of chemical inventories

1. Method Validations:

• Execution of Analytical Method validations

1. QC Instrument Handling:

• Operation of QC instruments such as Microplate reader, qPCR, Spectrophotometer, Microplate washer, and application software knowledge

1. Compliance Knowledge:

• Understanding of Compliance and Data Integrity requirements/principles

1. QMS Elements:

• Knowledge of QMS elements such as LIR, Incidents, Deviation, and Investigations

1. GDP, GLP, cGMP Practices:

• Good exposure to Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

Educational Qualifications:

• Required Education: M.Sc
• Required Experience: 2 – 5 years
