Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC) Analyst
- Conduct analysis of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished products (FP), in-process (IP), and stability samples.
- Perform Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) compliance checks.
- Handle investigations for Quality Management System (QMS) issues like OOS, OOT, incidents, deviations, and CAPA.
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, KF, UV, and IR.
Quality Assurance (QA QMS)
- Manage QMS elements like NCR, change management, and laboratory investigations.
- Ensure compliance in a robust regulatory environment.
- Draft technical documents and perform risk management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for quality alignment.
QA In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Conduct line clearance and batch record reviews.
- Perform in-process quality checks and sampling.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards during manufacturing.
Microbiology
- Oversee closure of CAPA, NCR, LIR, and quality documents.
- Manage document change control (DCR) and change control management (CCM).
- Conduct environmental monitoring in the injectable facility.
Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- QC Analyst: 2–7 years in injectable manufacturing.
- QA QMS: 6–12 years with regulatory exposure.
- QA IPQA: 3–8 years in in-process quality checks.
- Microbiology: 3–6 years in environmental monitoring and CAPA.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, KF, UV, IR) for QC roles.
- Strong technical writing and risk management for QA QMS.
- Expertise in line clearance and batch record review for IPQA.
- Knowledge of environmental monitoring and document control for Microbiology.
