Key Responsibilities
The selected Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for:
- Performing sampling of raw materials, packing materials, and in-process samples as per SOP.
- Conducting chemical analysis and laboratory testing following pharmacopeial standards and internal specifications.
- Recording and maintaining analytical test results and documentation for all QC samples.
- Investigating Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and laboratory incidents.
- Preparing and standardizing reagents and volumetric solutions for analytical testing.
- Implementing change control requests and documentation updates.
- Ensuring compliance with GLP, GMP, and Good Documentation Practices in QC laboratories.
- Supporting method transfer activities with Analytical Development Lab (ADL).
- Reviewing instrument calibration records and schedules.
- Ensuring availability of working standards and impurity standards as per pharmacopoeia.
- Supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance activities in the laboratory.
Qualifications
