Roles and Responsibilities
Engineering โ Packing Maintenance (Executive)
โข Handle breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance activities
โข Maintain bulk packing, blister packing and dry syrup powder filling machines
โข Ensure smooth operation of packing line equipment
โข Work with inspection and automation systems such as Jekson vision systems
โข Maintain equipment performance and reduce downtime
Quality Control โ Finished Product Analysis (Executive)
โข Perform finished product analysis using analytical techniques
โข Operate and maintain instruments such as HPLC
โข Work with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
โข Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
โข Maintain proper documentation and reporting of analysis results
Production โ OSD (Technical Assistant)
โข Handle coating and compression processes in OSD manufacturing
โข Operate and monitor equipment like FETTE and GLATT coating machines
โข Troubleshoot production issues during manufacturing
โข Follow GMP guidelines and ensure production quality
โข Maintain production records and batch documentation
Required Qualifications
