Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Project Specialist at Sanofi Hyderabad, you will play a pivotal role in managing Healthcare Professional (HCP) data and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Management: Liaise with Business Partners, local teams, and Country Medical Leads to ensure accurate HCP data transfer to the Tiering system.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on collected data, provide remediation support for errors, and assess HCP and non-HCP tiering documents.
- Reporting: Deliver monitoring and verification reports within agreed timelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process Optimization: Manage centralized mailbox requests, prioritize tasks based on business needs, and identify system enhancements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal peers, FMV leads, and local medical teams to support tier validation.
- Expert Analysis: Evaluate expert credentials to determine appropriate tier levels for fair market value (FMV) compensation.
- Training and Tools: Oversee local process training and manage tools to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years in pharmaceutical or life sciences companies, with exposure to data management or project coordination.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B Pharm/M Pharm) or Life Sciences (preferred).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
