Key Responsibilities

The selected Associate Data Steward will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining data quality within CRM and MDM systems.
• Updating provider affiliation information through DCR processes.
• Maintaining accurate customer and healthcare professional records.
• Performing data standardization, cleansing, de-duplication, and validation activities.
• Documenting all updates and maintaining audit-ready records.
• Conducting peer data quality audits and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Coordinating with IT teams through Service Requests.
• Monitoring data flow between MDM, CRM, and connected systems.
• Processing GDPR-related requests and opt-out activities.
• Validating healthcare accounts, professionals, consent records, and event attendance information.
• Running data quality searches and conducting external research when required.
• Supporting daily CRM and MDM maintenance activities.
• Preparing reports and updates for management review.

Required Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Experience

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in:
  • Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Data Stewardship
  • CRM Data Management
  • Data Governance
  • Customer Master Data

• Strong understanding of database concepts.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
