Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Data Manager – FS, you will:
- Assist in preparing clean clinical trial databases per protocol and Data Management Plan (DMP).
- Review queries, discrepancies, and modify databases accordingly.
- Provide input to and review of Data Management Plans.
- Support data entry and query testing for Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Conduct user acceptance testing of data listings for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain documentation for CRF design, edit checks, and database testing.
- Drive quality deliverables and ensure positive customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, clinical, technical, or health-related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1–2 years in clinical data management or hands-on exposure to EDC platforms (Medidata Rave, Oracle RDC, Inform, DataLabs, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
