Roles and Responsibilities
Production – Vial Filling & QMS
• Perform aseptic vial filling operations
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Execute machine setup and line clearance activities
• Handle IPC activities and equipment cleaning
• Maintain cGMP documentation
• Support sterile manufacturing processes
QMS Functions
• Manage deviations and change controls
• Prepare CAPA documentation
• Review batch manufacturing and control records
• Participate in risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with ALCOA+, cGMP, GDP, USFDA, MHRA, and EU GMP guidelines
Engineering – Lyophilization & Instrumentation
• Operate lyophilizers and CIP/SIP systems
• Perform loading and unloading activities
• Manage recipe preparation and SCADA/HMI operations
• Conduct instrument calibration and troubleshooting
• Maintain PLC systems and utility coordination
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP requirements
