Key Responsibilities
- Work in API Development, Research and Development, or Quality Control functions as per assigned role and experience.
- Support laboratory activities related to development, analysis, documentation and routine technical operations.
- For Quality Control roles, contribute to method development and analytical testing activities using relevant laboratory instruments.
- Follow laboratory safety, quality and compliance practices during daily work.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks within required timelines.
- Work in rotational shifts as required by the organization.

Experience Required
- API Development: Experience required.
- Research and Development: Freshers, 1 to 8 years.
- Quality Control: 8 to 12 years.

- Quality Control experience with method development, HPLC, GC, lab solutions and Empower.
