1. Apprentice – Desktop Technician
Division: DTS
Openings: 1
The Desktop Technician Apprentice will support end users with desktop hardware, software, operating systems and related IT services. The role includes troubleshooting, device setup, diagnostics, software installation, peripheral support and technical request handling.
Relevant Qualification: Candidates with foundational knowledge of desktop IT, computer hardware, Windows operating systems and desktop applications.
2. Apprentice – Project Manager / PMO Support
Division: Operations and Function Partnership Team
Openings: 1
This role supports portfolio reporting, Power BI, Planview, data quality, reporting automation and PMO process improvement. The apprentice will work with Project Managers and divisional stakeholders.
Relevant Qualification: Candidates with foundational knowledge or academic exposure to project management, PMO, analytics, reporting, data or business process improvement.
3. Apprentice – Project Manager / PMO Support
Division: CDSD

The apprentice will support project and portfolio reporting, Power BI dashboards, Planview administration, data management, PMO governance and process-improvement activities.
Relevant Qualification: Candidates with foundational knowledge or academic exposure to project management, PMO, analytics, reporting, data or process improvement.
4. Apprentice – .NET Developer with AI/ML

The role provides practical experience in C#, .NET, APIs, backend services, databases, testing and AI/ML capabilities, including generative AI and large language models.
Relevant Qualification: Candidates with foundational knowledge of software development, C#, .NET, object-oriented programming, databases and AI/ML concepts.
5. Apprentice – Business Analyst, Mapping & Reporting
Division: PASD
Openings: 1
The apprentice will support requirements gathering, business analysis, process documentation, testing, reporting and project documentation while working with Business Systems Analysts, developers, QA and validation teams.
Relevant Qualification: Candidates with foundational knowledge or academic/project exposure to business analysis, systems analysis, software development processes, requirements analysis, process mapping or reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Desktop Technician
- Provide technical support to computer users under guidance.
- Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Provide desk-side support.
- Support Windows, desktop applications, printers, VPN and email.
- Set up computers and required software.
- Install and perform minor hardware and software repairs.
- Conduct computer diagnostics.
