Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring top-notch service for US healthcare clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services, addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Documenting all call interactions accurately in internal CRM systems to maintain detailed records.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies to protect patient confidentiality.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Meeting performance metrics such as call quality, average handling time (AHT), and first call resolution (FCR).
- Following up on unresolved issues to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
