Injectable Manufacturing Requirement

Designation: Operators / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification: B. Pharm, B.Sc, Diploma, ITI, B.E, M.Sc, M.Pharm
Total Experience: 2 to 6 years
Job Location: SEZ Matoda, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate in Aseptic & Controlled areas (Filling, Sealing, Filtration, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, Terminal Sterilization, Tunnel Operations, QMS Activities, Packing, etc.)
• Work on PFS, Lyophilizer, Vial, Bag Line, and Emulsion Line.

Machine Exposure:

• Filling machines (Groninger / Optima, Dyno Truking)
• Bosch filling machine
• Steam sterilizer (Fedegree)

Desired Profile:

• Expertise in batch manufacturing and preparation.
• Familiarity with Aseptic vial/bottle filling processes.
• Knowledge of change control, deviation, CAPA, and documentation in manufacturing of injectables.
• Technical exposure to filling & autoclave machines.
• Experience with regulatory audits (USFDA/TGA/EU).

Important Note: Candidates must have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in USFDA regulatory-approved pharmaceuticals (preferably 21 CFR compliance).

Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Requirement

Designation: Operators / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification: B. Pharm, B.Sc, Diploma, ITI, B.E
Total Experience: 2 to 6 years
Job Location: SEZ Matoda, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing & Packing (Tablet/Capsule)
• Areas include Coating, Granulation, Compression, and Bottle Packing.

Machine Exposure:

• RMG, FBE, Fette compression, Auto coaters, Bottle packing line with Track & Trace system.

Desired Profile:

• Hands-on experience with 21 CFR compliance.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) including change control, deviation, CAPA.
• Understanding of SCADA operation and 21 CFR requirements.
• Supervise daily activities and maintain compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Train operators on SOPs and handle material movements per approved Batch Manufacturing Records.
