Job Overview
The Production department role is focused on API production operations, batch start-up activities, monitoring, documentation, regulatory compliance, and cGMP-based manufacturing practices.
Responsibilities
- Handle API production and bulk drug manufacturing activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for quality and efficiency.
- Carry out batch start-up activity and monitoring.
- Perform calibration of balances.
- Review technical documents including batch records, SOPs, BMR, validation protocols and related documents.
- Work with knowledge and exposure to cGMP practices.

2. Quality Control (QC)
Job Overview
The Quality Control role is for candidates with chemistry or pharmacy qualifications who can support laboratory analysis, instrument operation, stability studies, and compliance with pharmacopeial and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and non-routine HPLC, LCMS, Chromatography (HPLC) and GC Chromatography (GC) analysis to evaluate product quality.
- Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications.
- Conduct stability studies and evaluate results for ongoing product quality assessment.
- Follow cGMP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines applicable to the pharmaceutical API industry.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.
- Prepare SOPs, DQ, IQ, OQ, and other documentation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
- Ensure minimal downtime while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
- Apply strong troubleshooting skills and experience with GMP practices and documentation.
- Operate and maintain utilities including boilers, chillers, compressors and HVAC.
