Eligibility and Experience Required
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry or M.Pharma.
- Experience:
- QC: 2 to 5 years in API industry.
- QA: 3 to 8 years in API industry.
- Age Criteria: 18 years and above.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
For Quality Control (QC):
- Perform High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and various wet chemical analyses to ensure product quality.
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per regulatory standards.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conduct stability studies, and handle market sample analysis.
- Ensure GLP-oriented documentation, maintain accurate records for audits, and support compliance.
- Work efficiently on laboratory software platforms for analytical testing and reporting.
For Quality Assurance (QA):
- Ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance across all QA activities.
- Manage AQA, IPQA, batch release, deviations, CAPA, change control, and audits.
- Oversee analytical data review with strict data integrity adherence.
- Monitor on-floor QA activities, in-process checks (ALCOA+ principles), and documentation.
- Handle instrument qualifications, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and reviews.
- Prepare quality documents independently per regulatory and organizational needs.
- Drive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
