Roles & Responsibilities
Production
- Execute API manufacturing batches.
- Perform batch start-up and process monitoring.
- Follow BMR, SOPs and documentation procedures.
- Carry out calibration and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.
Engineering
- Maintain production equipment and utility systems.
- Handle electrical and instrumentation activities.
- Prepare SOP, DQ, IQ and OQ documentation.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure GMP and safety compliance.
Quality Control (QC)
- Operate HPLC, GC and analytical instruments.
- Perform method validation and troubleshooting.
- Test raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
- Follow GLP, cGMP, ICH and regulatory guidelines.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
- Monitor environmental, health and safety compliance.
- Manage waste handling and statutory documentation.
- Conduct incident investigations and CAPA implementation.
- Perform risk assessments and safety audits.
- Promote employee safety awareness and regulatory compliance.
