What You Will Do

As an Associate IS – Safety ART – ICSR Processing – ICMA, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of adverse event data across multiple systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising daily data processes to identify and resolve issues related to delayed or stuck files.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to address system dependencies and data reconciliation issues.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track system performance and file flow metrics.
  • Implementing test plans and scripts to validate system updates and new deployments.
  • Ensuring data adheres to KCI metrics and maintaining process reliability.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


What We Expect of You

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or Information Systems with 0 to 3 years of experience.
  • OR a Diploma with 4 to 7 years of experience in the same fields.

Functional Skills

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing data transfer processes and resolving file-related issues.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and QA tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL (preferred).

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and API integrations (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and reporting tools like Tableau.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work independently and in global, virtual teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Shift Information

This role may require working evening or night shifts based on business needs. Candidates must be willing to adapt to a flexible schedule.
