Medical Representative

Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit medical professionals and promote company products according to company strategy by generating prescriptions
• Ensure product availability at chemists and stockists
• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
• Report fieldwork regularly using Infinity
• Provide timely feedback on performance to superiors
• Conduct CMEs, CRMs, and product promotion campaigns to create awareness and ensure ROI
• Maintain ethical standards and uphold the company’s positive image

Required Candidate Profile

• Age: Less than 28 years
• Education: B.Sc. / B. Pharmacy
• Language Skills: Proficient in English (both spoken and written) and vernacular languages
• Travel: As per the approved customer list for the assigned HQ

• Scientific knowledge of company products and their USPs
• Knowledge of competitor products
• Selling effectiveness and clinic performance
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Familiarity with territory and computer skills
