Medical Representative (MR)
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. / B. Pharmacy
- Experience: 1-6+ years
- Job Locations: Hubli, Mysuru, Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote company products to medical professionals and generate prescriptions.
- Ensure product availability at chemists and stockists.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Regularly report fieldwork activities.
- Provide timely feedback to superiors.
- Conduct CMEs, CRMs, and product promotion campaigns.
- Maintain ethical practices and company integrity.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Age: Less than 28 years
- Education: Graduate (Essential), B.Sc. / B. Pharmacy (Desired)
- Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and vernacular languages.
- Travel: As per the approved customer list of the respective HQ.
- Skills: Scientific knowledge of products, knowledge of competitors’ products, customer relationship management, computer skills, and territory knowledge.
Perks and Benefits:
- Fixed salary increase of ₹12,000 per annum post confirmation.
- Travel allowance: Approx. ₹10-11k per month.
- Incentive: Up to ₹2-3 lakh per annum (subject to performance).

- Manage a team of Medical Representatives and assist in generating sales.
- Promote company products to medical professionals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Regularly report fieldwork activities.
- Provide timely feedback to superiors.
- Conduct CMEs, CRMs, and product promotion campaigns.
- Maintain ethical practices and company integrity.
- Ensure product availability at chemists and stockists.
