Job Description

Alembic Pharmaceuticals is hiring for multiple roles across its Formulation and API manufacturing sites near Vadodara. Openings are available in:

1. Production (OSD/Injectable/API)

• Designation: Technical Officer/Junior Executive/Executive/Sr. Executive
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling (OSD).
  • Handle autoclaves, lyophilizers, vial filling, and aseptic practices (Injectable).
  • Supervise API production processes, including reactor and centrifuge operations.
• Preferred Skills: cGMP/GLP compliance, SOP adherence, troubleshooting.

2. Packing (OSD)

• Designation: Technical Officer/Junior Executive/Executive/Sr. Executive
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate blister packing, Track & Trace, and serialization machines (e.g., CAM, BQS, IMA).
  • Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

3. Quality Control (OSD/Injectable)

• Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate HPLC, GC, UV, and other QC instruments.
  • Conduct method validation, OOS investigations, and GLP activities.

• Experience: 1–9 years in relevant pharma/healthcare roles.
• Preferred: Exposure to cGMP/GLP, regulatory documentation, and troubleshooting.
