Experience Requirements
• 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in API Production
• Hands-on exposure to API manufacturing operations
• Experience working with production equipment and manufacturing processes
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
• Hands-on experience with reactors, centrifuges, blenders, sifters, multi-mills, and other API manufacturing equipment
• Good understanding of cGMP practices and production operations
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing standards and compliance requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
• Executing and supervising production activities as per SOPs and cGMP guidelines
• Ensuring smooth batch processing and manufacturing operations
• Maintaining production documentation, including Change Controls (CC) and Deviations
• Identifying technical issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams for uninterrupted production activities
• Supporting quality and compliance initiatives within the manufacturing facility
