Key Responsibilities
As a TSE Apprentice at Alcon, your responsibilities will include:
Sales Ownership
- Manage approximately 20โ25 customer accounts.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Drive account-level sales and product adoption.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Provide Operating Theatre (OT) support.
- Maintain CRM and Salesforce records.
Regional Business Support
- Support Regional Business Manager (RBM) priorities.
- Monitor inventory across assigned branches.
- Generate leads within assigned accounts.
- Assist in RCS execution.
- Support phaco procedure execution initiatives.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Track action items until closure.
Sales Process & Compliance
- Maintain CRM and Salesforce compliance.
- Follow company SOPs.
- Perform Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA).
- Analyze sales and market data.
Learning & Development
- Develop product knowledge.
- Learn clinical applications.
- Build professional sales capabilities.
- Participate in ongoing training programs.
