Alcon is seeking a dedicated Clinical Applications Specialist to provide field support to customers and field personnel. The role involves conducting on-site education and consulting, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations, and supporting product awareness at conventions, forums, and meetings. This position also includes sharing product information and data analysis to clinical research groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide field support to both customers and field personnel.
- Conduct on-site education and consulting sessions.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Develop and present at conventions, forums, and meetings to raise product awareness.
- Share product data and information with clinical research groups.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education in a health-related field (RN or Pharm D preferred).
- Clinical experience in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations effectively.
