Roles & Responsibilities

Production

  • Handle OSD manufacturing operations.
  • Perform granulation, compression, coating, pellet coating and capsule filling activities.
  • Operate and maintain PAS-X and SCADA systems.
  • Execute primary and secondary packing operations.
  • Maintain electronic batch records (e-BMR), e-Log and track & trace systems.
  • Support QMS activities and training.
  • Participate in equipment qualification.
  • Assist in production planning and inventory control.
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and AI-based productivity tools.

Maintenance

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical process equipment.
  • Handle PLC, SCADA and electrical panels.
  • Maintain utility equipment including ETP and STP.
  • Support HVAC, humidifier and dehumidifier AHU systems.
  • Troubleshoot software and equipment-related issues.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications relevant to the department:

  • B.Pharm
  • M.Pharm + MBA
  • BE (Electrical/Mechanical)
  • DEE (Electrical/Mechanical)

Candidates should also have the required industry experience mentioned for their respective department.

Salary

Ajanta Pharma has not officially disclosed the salary package. Based on similar pharmaceutical manufacturing roles, the expected salary may range from ₹3.5 LPA to ₹8.5 LPA, depending on experience, designation and interview performance.
