About the Opportunity
AET Laboratories is seeking talented professionals for the position of Sr. Executive / Executive – Product Development. The selected candidates will be involved in formulation development projects for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Parenteral products while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead formulation development projects for OSD and Parenteral products from concept to successful execution.
• Design, develop, and optimize safe, stable, and regulatory-compliant formulations.
• Conduct laboratory trials, product evaluations, and process improvement activities.
• Prepare, review, and approve development documents, technical reports, and CTD submissions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support technology transfer activities and scale-up processes.
• Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development outcomes.
Required Qualifications
• M.Pharm degree from a recognized university.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical product development.
• Strong understanding of OSD and Parenteral formulation development.
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation and CTD submission requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
