Positions and Experience Details

1. Technician / Senior Technician – Production, Compression

Candidates with ITI, Diploma or Graduation and 3 to 5 years of experience can apply for the Production – Compression role.

The position requires knowledge and practical exposure to compression equipment, including FETTE, SEJONG and KORCH equipment.

2. Technician / Senior Technician – Packing

The Packing department is also looking for candidates with ITI, Diploma or Graduation and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

The role involves operating blister packing and cartoning equipment, operating bottle packing lines and handling related packing-line activities and supervision.

3. Officer / Executive – Warehouse

For the Warehouse department, AETL Laboratories is looking for candidates with ITI, Diploma or Graduation and 3 to 5 years of experience.

Key work areas include handling raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods, maintaining goods-receipt and return documentation, managing re-test, rejected and expired materials, and organizing dispatch activities while maintaining required records.

4. Executive – Production

Candidates with ITI, Diploma or Graduation and 2 to 5 years of experience can apply for the Production Executive position.

The preferred experience includes oncology manufacturing and exposure to GEA granulation, GEA compression and GLATT coating processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected candidates may be responsible for operating and monitoring pharmaceutical manufacturing and packing equipment, following standard operating procedures, maintaining production and warehouse documentation, ensuring proper material handling and supporting compliance with applicable quality and manufacturing requirements.

For warehouse-related positions, responsibilities include maintaining records for received, returned, rejected, re-test and expired materials and ensuring materials are properly organized for dispatch.

Production candidates should have hands-on knowledge of relevant equipment and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes according to their respective department.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should generally have an ITI, Diploma or Graduation qualification, depending on the position. Relevant experience in pharmaceutical production, compression, packing or warehouse operations is preferred.

Candidates applying for specialized production roles should have practical exposure to the equipment or manufacturing processes mentioned in the recruitment notice.

Salary and Benefits
