Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality and GMP compliance across pharmaceutical packaging activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Real-time monitoring of primary and secondary packaging lines.
- Ensuring compliance with current cGMP, SOPs, and approved Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Performing and verifying line clearance at different stages of packaging.
- Monitoring blister, strip, bottle, and carton packaging lines.
- Preventing product mix-ups and cross-contamination through proper line-clearance procedures.
- Reviewing online Batch Packaging Records, logbooks, and equipment usage records.
- Ensuring accurate and contemporaneous documentation.
- Overseeing issuance, reconciliation, and destruction of overprinted packaging materials.
- Monitoring primary labels and serialization/Track & Trace data.
Required Qualification and Experience
