Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Performing Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) processing
  • Literature screening and literature monitoring activities
  • MedDRA coding and safety database data entry
  • Drug safety surveillance and adverse event management
  • Case follow-up and submission according to global regulatory timelines
  • Benefit-Risk assessment from published scientific literature
  • Identifying reportable safety information from literature sources
  • Maintaining compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations
  • Supporting pharmacovigilance operations for global pharmaceutical clients
  • Ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the safety reporting lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
  • B.Sc Nursing

Experience Required

Pharmacovigilance Services Associate

  • 1โ€“2 years of pharmacovigilance experience
  • Experience in literature screening
  • ICSR processing
  • MedDRA coding
  • Drug safety surveillance

Pharmacovigilance Services Analyst

  • 2โ€“3 years of pharmacovigilance experience
  • Literature monitoring

  • Benefit-risk evaluation

  • 5โ€“6 years of pharmacovigilance experience
