Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Perform Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) processing.
  • Identify and validate adverse event cases.
  • Complete accurate data entry into safety databases.
  • Perform MedDRA coding.
  • Conduct case processing according to client SOPs.
  • Handle case follow-ups and reconciliation.
  • Prepare regulatory submissions within required timelines.
  • Maintain compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation and case accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with internal pharmacovigilance teams.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
  • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Experience Required

Pharmacovigilance Services Associate

  • 0โ€“3 Years
  • Suitable for freshers with pharmacovigilance knowledge.

Pharmacovigilance Services Analyst

  • 3โ€“5 Years
  • Previous experience in ICSR processing and Drug Safety preferred.
