About the Team:
- You will be aligned with our Network Operations vertical, ensuring a robust common integration framework for communication clients.
- The Telecom Operations team develops structures, processes, and capabilities for managing and monitoring telecommunications networks.
- The Customer Service Management team handles customer queries, enhances customer satisfaction, ensures customer retention, and ultimately drives sales growth.
Transportation: Two-way cab facility provided (pick and drop location must be within Accenture transportation boundary).
