Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Performing end-to-end ICSR case processing.
- Processing Adverse Events (AE), Serious Adverse Events (SAE), and SUSAR cases.
- Reviewing incoming safety reports and validating Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Creating and updating cases in Global Safety Databases.
- Conducting duplicate checks and data quality review.
- Coding adverse events using MedDRA.
- Drug coding using WHO Drug Dictionary (WHODD).
- Writing accurate medical narratives.
- Assessing seriousness and causality.
- Processing regulatory submissions according to client SOPs.
- Monitoring client mailboxes and safety workflows.
- Following up for missing safety information.
- Supporting audits, inspections, reconciliation, and pharmacovigilance projects.
- Ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences.

- 1โ3 years of Pharmacovigilance experience.
