Key Responsibilities
- Manage affiliate mailbox and reconcile safety reports as per SOPs

- Perform case processing for serious and non-serious adverse events
- Ensure timely submissions as per global regulatory requirements
- Maintain accuracy, documentation, and audit readiness
- Collaborate with internal teams and report to supervisors
- Work in rotational shifts as required
Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm (mandatory)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety
- Knowledge of ICSR processing, regulatory guidelines, MedDRA
- Ability to follow SOPs and handle routine problem-solving
