AAL Biosciences Research Limited, a Mumbai-headquartered Contract Research Organization (CRO) with its state-of-the-art R&D and operations centre in Barwala, alipur Haryana, is hiring enthusiastic BSc Biotechnology freshers and MSc Biotechnology freshers (2023–2025 batches) for its Lead Generation Team.
This is an ideal entry-level job for life sciences graduates who want to build a career at the intersection of science and business development in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads in the pharma, biotech, and CRO/CDMO sectors Perform secondary research on potential clients and decision-makers Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to schedule meetings for the sales team Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to create targeted pitches Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and qualification targets
Qualifications & Eligibility
- BSc / MSc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related fields
- 2023, 2024, or 2025 passed out (freshers preferred)
- 0–1 year experience in lead generation, inside sales, CRM, or scientific market research
- Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi/Telugu preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Passionate about biotech/pharma industry and business development
