Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Intern
As a Manufacturing Intern, your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the business and marketing teams by:
- Managing your own workflow and professional development while being accountable for results.
- Ensuring the timely execution of digital campaigns in alignment with the Marketing and Medical teams’ content plans.
- Assisting with special projects and pilot development for new digital promotion models.
- Providing support during campaign execution, including monitoring, optimizing, and managing reports.
- Managing digital platforms and ensuring optimal user experience across various digital channels.
- Supporting health professionals through timely updates on digital platforms, while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborating with the Area Manager on digital editorial calendars and their execution across channels.
- Analyzing performance data to support decisions and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements, including local legislative requirements.
Qualifications for the Role
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or commercial roles.
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make basic decisions with an understanding of their impact.
