Job Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Services Associate at Accenture, your primary role will be to support clinical data operations with a focus on ensuring data quality and integrity. Key responsibilities include:
- Clinical eTMF Management: Oversee the management and accuracy of the Electronic Trial Master File, including data review and checks.
- Data Management Activities: Perform tasks such as discrepancy review, query generation, and resolution.
- CRF Completion Guidelines: Create guidelines and reconciliation processes for Serious Adverse Events (SAE).
- Protocol Deviations: Identify and document protocol deviations within the database.
- Database Validation: Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases and scripts, and validate databases against CRF/eCRF specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Rotational Shifts: Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as required.
Qualifications
Candidates for this position should meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in clinical data operations or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
