Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates selected for this role will be responsible for:
- Designing and executing experimental protocols for new product development and process optimization
- Preparing technical reports, documentation, and presentations based on experimental results
- Ensuring compliance with GLP/GMP guidelines and regulatory standards
- Supporting technology transfer activities and scale-up processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain technical excellence
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have:
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, Medical Chemistry, or General Chemistry
- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in API/CDMO/CRO industry
- Strong understanding of process development and laboratory practices
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards
