Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates selected for these roles will be responsible for:
- Executing and optimizing chemical synthesis routes from lab scale to commercial production
- Supporting process troubleshooting, cost reduction, and yield improvement
- Handling analytical techniques like HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, and titration
- Performing analytical data review and supporting development projects
- Developing and validating analytical methods
- Managing continuous manufacturing processes and technology transfer
- Working on particle size analysis using advanced techniques like laser diffraction and microscopy
- Preparing SOPs, documentation, and regulatory compliance reports
- Collaborating with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Ph.D (Chemistry)
- M.Pharm (Chemistry)
- M.Tech (Chemical)
- B.E / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)
Experience Required: 2 to 15 years
