Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature search for regulated and non-regulated market formulations
- Design and develop formulation prototypes
- Scale up from pilot batches to production levels
- Troubleshoot formulation-related challenges
- Prepare technical documents, stability protocols, and product development reports
- Execute technology transfer and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Role-Specific Expertise
- Strong expertise in pellets dosage form development (mandatory for Assistant Manager and above roles)
- Hands-on experience in pellet formulation (preferred for Scientist roles)
- Ability to lead a team of scientists (required for Deputy Manager role)
- Knowledge of IR/MR solid oral drug products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm)
- Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm)
Candidates must have relevant experience in formulation development, especially in solid oral dosage forms.
