Roles & Responsibilities
Production
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Maintain batch records and documentation
- Handle granulation, compression, coating, and filling processes
Packing
- Manage blister and bottle packing operations
- Ensure product quality and packaging standards
- Perform line clearance and documentation
Quality Control (QC)
- Conduct testing of raw materials and finished products
- Perform stability studies and documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Monitor IPQA activities during manufacturing
- Handle QMS, validation, and audits
- Investigate deviations and market complaints
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Degree (for Technical Assistant roles)
- B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy (for Executive roles)
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Experience Required
- Minimum: 2 Years
- Maximum: 8 Years
