🧪 Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Clinical Data Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end clinical data management activities:
Study Setup & Design
- Design and review CRFs (Case Report Forms)
- Develop database structures and annotations
- Perform EDC setup, validation checks, and testing
Study Conduct
- Manage query resolution and data listings review
- Handle data transfers and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines
Study Closeout
- Support database lock activities
- Maintain high-quality data and documentation standards
Project & Team Support
- Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Mentor junior Clinical Data Associates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
🎯 Required Qualifications
Educational Criteria
- Master’s degree (Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Engineering) + 1+ year experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years clinical trials experience,
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of clinical trials & data management lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with EDC systems
- Expertise in:
- CRF design
- Query management
- Data validation
- Familiarity with:
- ICH-GCP, FDA/CFR guidelines
- Medical coding review
- Tools: MS Office, MS Project
💰 Salary (Expected Range)
- ₹5.5 LPA – ₹9.5 LPA (Estimated)
(Based on industry standards for 1–4 years CDM experience in CROs)
